ORDERING & PRODUCTS

Are your products genuine?
Yes. All products sold by Dart Superstore are genuine products sourced for resale from established darts brands and suppliers.

What products do you sell?
We stock steel tip darts, dartboards, surrounds, flights and darts accessories, with products from brands including Winmau, Red Dragon, Shot, Unicorn and Precise180. Our range will continue to grow as new stock and releases arrive.

How do I choose the right dart weight?
Dart weight is largely down to personal preference and throwing style. If you're unsure, trying different weights can help you find what feels most comfortable and consistent.

An item is showing as sold out. Will it be restocked?
Where possible, we'll restock popular products. Keep an eye on the website for the latest availability and new arrivals.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to United Kingdom addresses only.

How much is delivery?
Standard UK delivery is £2.99 for orders under £50.

Spend £50 or more and standard UK delivery is FREE.

How long does delivery take?
Our standard estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days. Occasionally deliveries may take longer due to courier delays, bank holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Will I receive confirmation when my order is dispatched?
Yes. We'll send dispatch confirmation using the contact details provided with your order.

RETURNS & PROBLEMS WITH AN ORDER

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. For online purchases, you can tell us that you'd like to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return them. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

What if my item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the problem. We'll help get it sorted.

How do I request a return?
Contact our customer service team before sending anything back. Include your name, order number and reason for the return, and we'll provide the return instructions.

PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards through our secure checkout, along with other payment methods displayed at checkout, including Shop Pay and PayPal where available.

Are my payments secure?
Payments are processed through established payment providers including Shopify Payments and PayPal. Dart Superstore does not need to manually handle your full card details.
