Refund policy

We hope you're happy with your order from Dart Superstore. If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Once you've told us you'd like to cancel, you then have 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

Change of mind returns

Items should be returned in their original condition with all supplied packaging, accessories and components.

You may inspect an item as you would in a shop. If an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it and this reduces its value, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund as permitted by law.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning it.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, not as described or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put things right.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we'll process any refund due back to your original payment method.

For eligible cancellations, we will also refund the cost of our standard outbound delivery. If you selected a more expensive delivery service, any additional delivery cost above our standard service is not refundable unless required by law.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

How to request a return

Please contact us before returning an item and include your order number, name and reason for the return.

We will provide the return instructions and return address.

Exceptions

Certain items may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights where an exemption under UK consumer law applies, including goods made or personalised specifically for you.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
